"Mobile number already exists" - If you've registered before, use Forgot Password. If this is your first time and you see this message, your number may have been used on a linked platform. Contact ZC777 support via in-app chat.

OTP delays or not arriving - Switch from WiFi to mobile data, confirm your number has SMS capability (not just data), and wait the full timer before requesting a resend. Batch SMS sends can take 2–3 minutes during evening peak hours.

Blank or broken registration screen - You may have an outdated APK. Uninstall, redownload from the official ZC777 source, and reinstall fresh. Cached app data from an older version can cause display issues on the registration form.
